ASSISTANT PROGRAMME OFFICER – continuing Legal Education

OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Programme Officer – member services the CLE officer basic function is to professional development and continuing education of TLS member and to design ongoing and long-term improvement to the TLS CLE Programme

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Law and Education
- Experience in continuing professional development programme will be and added advantage
- Good understanding of the Tanzania legal professional landscape
- Excellent professional facilitation/moderation skills
- Professional initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
- Organization and planning skills to manage the highly packed annual CLE schedule and meet its objective

KEY REPONSIBILITIES
a) Responsible for the development and successful implementation of TLS CLE Curriculum
b) Develop new and innovation methods of CLE delivery relevant to learn needs
c) Regularity review and advice on CLE regulation policies procedure and calendar
d) Work with the marketing and public relations officer to develop and implement annual marketing for the CLE programme
e) Periodical prepare information for the TLS member and ensure that here is a buy in – of the members about TLS CLE programe
